Glen started off in woodworking by making guitars over 10 years ago. Since then he has transitioned into furniture making with some of Melbourne’s most well known companies.

Seeing the waste produced within the woodworking industry, Glen has been determined to try and find a way to use the smaller, off-cut pieces of timber that can’t be made into anything else. Taking inspiration from ceramicists and other smaller designed objects he thought that smaller timber home wares might be something that would be useful, popular and be able to re-purpose some of the waste that is created in his industry.

That is how Glen Patrick started.

Glen loves making smaller designed objects but can also make an array of freestanding furniture. Each piece made will be unique due to the small scale production that is involved.
